Description: Full-time / $11.00 per hour


  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
  • Answer customer’s questions.
  • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions
  • Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring log books; issuing visitor badges.
  • Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  • Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Supports Managers as an administrative assistant.


Professionalism, Customer Focus and People skills

Microsoft Office skills and Data Entry
